Responsibilities

What Youll Do: Achieve new business production goals through strategic prospecting and client engagement. Develop customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals. Generate leads and schedule appointments using phone calls, email, digital tools, and in-person connections. Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

What Were Looking For: Strong communication and negotiation skillsyou know how to connect with people. Ability to multi-task, follow up, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in handling customer objections and turning no into yes. General Lines Property & Casualty & Life & Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
