Marketplace LLC is seeking dynamic and motivated sales experts to join our team as Lifeline Distributors. We are looking for sales experts to help promote and enroll eligible customers into the Lifeline Phone Program. As a Lifeline Distributor - Sales Expert, you will be connecting individuals with affordable phone services through the Lifeline Phone Program. This role involves enrolling individuals in government free phone services....That's right you get paid by the activation for giving out free phone service! Other duties include ensuring compliance, securing strategic locations for operations and building great client relations. The primary focus is on driving enrollments for our exclusive partner's Lifeline phone services while ensuring adherence to all company policies and standards. What We Provide: Training and Compliance: We host comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, enrollment techniques, and Lifeline program compliance. Teach you how to ensure all enrollment representatives adhere to Marketplace LLC's policies and regulatory requirements. Implement ongoing educational initiatives to keep you updated on best practices and industry changes. Strategic Location Management: Identify and secure strategic locations for enrollment operations to maximize customer outreach and enrollments in all U.S. Cities, Regions, and States. Coordinate with local businesses, community centers, and event organizers to establish sales and enrollment venues. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Provide regular reports on enrollment activities, challenges, and achievements to Marketplace LLC management. Implement corrective actions when performance standards are not met. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers and communities to enhance Marketplace LLC's reputation and service adoption. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Emphasize the importance of reducing churn and implement strategies to encourage customer loyalty and retention. Compensation: Performance-Based: Earnings are directly tied to your individual performance with no cap on potential earnings. 1099 Contractor Opportunity High earning potential with bonus incentives and uncapped earnings. Sales experts enrolling up to 50+ or more customers weekly can expect lucrative earnings.
