You will learn how to communicate with clients giving you essential skills for any future. Responsibilities include talking to inbound and outbound callers, responding to client messages, analyzing debt and providing a great client experience to EARN client trust. You will learn really amazing technology changing the way lawyers meet with clients. You will be a part of a growing legal practice to learn how not only law firms are run but businesses. You will be part of a SOLUTION to a problem like foreclosure, job loss, business failures, medical issues. You will be trained by one the BEST sales teams in the country. The best part? What You 'll Do * Talk to potential clients to provide an amazing experience * Facilitate solutions to people in need both by phone and messaging. * Continue to grow the Geraci Law brand across the country * Review and analyze credit and debt * Review documents required by the US Bankruptcy Court * Assist clients with Geraci Law L.L.C. technology Qualifications You 'll Need * Strong verbal communicative skills * Ability to work as a part of a team * Empathy and the ability to help people in need * Ability to multi-task * Understanding of simple and complicated technology * College education or working toward a degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * What makes you a GREAT candidate? * What is your FIVE YEAR plan?
