Starting Salary: $38k-$55k + Commission Jaguar Fueling Services specializes in emergency fueling services and fuel delivery, including generator fueling, fleet fueling, marine fueling, construction and pipeline fueling, aviation fueling and more. Jaguar Fueling Services offers the highest quality customer service throughout North America (including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada). Job Duties and Expectations * Generating leads * Meeting or exceeding sales goals * Understanding your target market and identifying prospects * Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients * Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. * Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients * Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients * Understanding and promoting company programs and software * Preparing and submitting sales contracts for order * Visiting clients and prospects to evaluate needs or promote products and services. * Maintaining client records * Closing the deal and further maintaining client relationships * Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability * Identifying clients' challenges, qualifying them and presenting solutions Job Requirements and Experience * Must be able to travel * Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record * Once hired, each sales rep will need to contact their current personal insurance agent and tell them that they are an outside sales rep. for Jaguar with the following insurance requirements: * $1 Million Umbrella added to their policy * Add Jaguar as an "Additional Interested Party" on their policy * Experience in sales and an understanding of the sales process and dynamics * A commitment to excellent customer service * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. * Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and a competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Qualities We Look for in a Candidate * Confidence- Maintaining a positive attitude * Resilience- Communicating with conviction * Active Listening- Understanding the customers' needs * Rapport Building- Selling not only our products, but also your personality * Entrepreneurial Spirit- Continual self-improvement * A passionate and competitive attitude Benefits We Offer * We pay at 100% for employees * Health * Dental * Vision * Competitive pay
