Job Title: Full-Time Sales and Brand Ambassador at Honey King About the Role Honey King is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for a hybrid role that combines full-time sales responsibilities with event support. This position will involve expanding Honey King's retail presence across California while also actively participating in brand activations, events, and pop-up experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about interacting with people to help grow the Honey King brand. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new retail accounts, supporting the sales team at events, and ensuring Honey King's presence is strong both in stores and at consumer-facing events. Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Management * Identify and pursue new retail opportunities across California to expand Honey King's footprint in retail locations. * Establish relationships with key decision-makers, close sales, and secure new accounts for Honey King products. * Implement strategies to maximize sales and ensure optimal product placement and visibility at retail stores. * Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth and improving Honey King's market share. * Manage a portfolio of retail accounts, providing product training, addressing customer needs, and optimizing sales performance. Brand Activation & Event Support * Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of Honey King pop-ups, events, and trade shows across California, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences. * Serve as a brand ambassador by interacting with customers, answering product-related questions, and promoting Honey King's products and values at events. * Use a company vehicle to transport and set up product displays and marketing materials at events. * Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts at events, ensuring they have the materials they need for successful activations. * Collect and share customer feedback and insights to help improve Honey King's offerings and event strategies. Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring * Track sales performance across retail accounts and at events, providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for growth, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results. * Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss sales performance, event successes, and strategies for increasing revenue and brand visibility. Qualifications & Requirements * Must be 21 years or older and possess valid identification. * Proven experience in sales, account management, or event support, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and transporting event materials. Event setup support is shared with the team, and physical demands are minimal. * Ability to work independently and manage a diverse set of responsibilities. * Availability to travel across California, including occasional overnight stays. (Company vehicle provided for all work-related travel. Typical travel is scheduled in advance; overnight stays are limited and planned with notice.) * Experience with technology and sales tools (POS systems, CRM software) is a plus. Why Join Honey King?
