We're looking for part-time front desk associates, CBX (CycleBar Experience), team members. CBX's are responsible for delivering: customer service, sales, social media, cleaning and more. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a CBX, you will... * Provide outstanding customer service helping riders have the best possible experience * Recommend products to riders * Call and text riders that have expressed interest in riding to book their first class * Assist with social media content * Clean the studio, including bikes, shoes, towels & more * Assist management with other daily tasks REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidates have... * A passion for health and fitness * The ability to work well as a team player * A friendly, outgoing and social personality * Excellent customer service, hospitality, communication and sales experience or skills * A flexible schedule, which is a must as our studio has unique business hours *CBX's typically work about 3 shifts a week, and most shifts are 3-5 hours, starting at 5:30am, 11:30am or 4pm on weekdays and 8:00am on weekends.
