This high-impact role is responsible for training, managing agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and consistent achievement of performance goals. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations across multiple locations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards. * Screen, interview, and onboard new agents to build a motivated, high-performing team. * Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional work culture centered on exceptional customer service * Provide timely performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed. * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee conduct to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. * Proactively address and resolve escalated customer concerns to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction. * Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines. * Collaborate with upper management to analyze KPIs, develop strategic plans, and report on district performance. * Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices across locations. * Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and field employees, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Requirements: * Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. * Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, approachable management style. * Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions to improve performance and profitability. * Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.). * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly to Waco, Killeen, Austin, New Braunfels, and Seguin.
