Description: Candidates must have an active P&C license. Fort Wright, Kentucky. Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM Top 100 ranked U.S. insurance broker. Requirements: * Manage a book of Insurance business. * Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs. * Collect and analyze client information. * Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner. * Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed. * Achieves established sales goals. * Provides marketing expertise. * Provides networking opportunities. * All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Strong presentation skills. * Strong negotiation skills. * Strong Organizational skills. Required: * Active property and casualty license. * 2 - 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience * Experience Cross-selling and Upselling. * College degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Insurance sales experience.
