About the Role: As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your primary focus will be on conducting Ride-a-Longs to mentor and develop a dedicated team within the larger sales team. You will also assist in meetings, scheduling, hiring, and other functions as directed by the Sales Manager, though these responsibilities will be limited. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Ride-a-Longs to provide hands-on coaching and support to your team. * Focus on improving sales KPIs and driving team performance. * Assist in meetings, scheduling, and hiring processes as needed. * Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
