PCB Insurance Services is seeking a Full Time Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team! We are looking for the the right individual who has the desire to earn a good living, in a friendly environment, with great benefits. You will be the primary contact with our clients and their employees providing assistance with enrollment, eligibility and claims issues. This position will focus on building long term relationships that foster client satisfaction and ancillary sales. Responsibilities: * Eligibility Processing at Open Enrollment and throughout the year * Claims Processing Assistance * New Business Processing * Interaction with Carrier and GA Partners * Data Entry * Develop and implement organized filing systems * Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: * Previous experience in Employee Benefits Administration Required * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills Active California Life and Health Insurance License required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Employee Benefits Administration: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
