Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our business within a designated territory. You will leverage your sales expertise and customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients, drive business development, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales processes and have experience in account management. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory growth and revenue targets. * Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through lead generation. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on performance metrics. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and marketing strategies. * Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management or business development within a B2B environment. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. * A passion for driving results and achieving personal and team goals.
