Superior Chevrolet GMC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle; new or pre-owned. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: * Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements. * Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to highlight features and benefits. * Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries. Sales Process: * Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, and financing options. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. * Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions in a transparent and ethical manner. * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, financing options, and dealership promotions. Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage leads and customer interactions. Team Collaboration: * Collaborate with the dealership's sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment. * Basic understanding of automotive financing and leasing options. * Valid driver's license. Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous automotive sales experience is a plus.
