Full-Time Account Manager/Sales & Pawn Loan Associate Five Star Jewelers is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Full-Time Account Manager/Sales & Pawn Loan Associates. Willingness to undergo background testing and drug screening. High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual in English and Spanish. What we 're looking for: Passionate, sales-driven individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment. Ability to build rapport and provide tailored solutions to customers. Skilled in Social Media Platforms. Previous experience in retail sales, as well as general pawnshop operations (Preferred). Knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and metals (Preferred). Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing sales and meeting performance targets. Able to perform basic financial calculations. Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Capacity to work within deadlines in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate scheduling needs, including weekends and busy retail seasons. Comfortable working with point-of-sale (POS) systems and financing platforms. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. How We Measure Success: Achieving and exceeding sales productivity goals. Earning positive reviews on Google and ALL social media platforms. Effectively managing online postings and promotions. Educating customers on product features, pricing, and promotions to drive sales. Explaining loan terms and conditions clearly to customers. Processing loan transactions, including issuing and redeeming loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
