Here at Apex Operations, we focus on generating strategies for business development for our telecommunications clients, supporting their expansion and growth efforts, and ensuring open and transparent communication between businesses and customers, constantly upholding the highest standards of professionalism in all our endeavors. We are seeking a driven and professional individual to join our sales team as a B2B Account Manager and work with one of the largest telecommunications industry leaders in the SLC market. The B2B Account Manager will spearhead our business development and customer service campaign, and help us achieve our goal of high customer satisfaction and long-term retention. The B2B Account Manager will be an enthusiastic and adaptable individual, driven by the potential to achieve positive business relationships, drive sales, and set the high standard of professionalism that Apex Operations t akes pride in achieving. What the B2B Account Manager will be responsible for: * Directly interact with potential customers, being the liaison between our client and the customer, presenting our products and services that best fit their business needs. * Manage customer accounts and inquiries, providing support from initial contact through product and service implementation. * Build strong business relationships by understanding the customers' needs, goals, and expectations, fostering trust, and problem-solving to meet their requirements. * Stay up-to-date with market trends, and competitor products and provide accurate information, using this information to drive sales and increase revenue. * Help develop and implement B2B sales strategies that align with company goals, and execute them by providing a professional and positive experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention. * Support other B2B Account Managers in the completion of company sales goals, sharing best practices and ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Key qualifications and skills we are looking for in the B2B Account Manager: * A high school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education is preferred but not mandatory. * 0-2 years of previous experience in sales, account management, and customer-facing roles is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills, with a professional demeanor to handle business accounts and ensure long-term retention. * A natural ability to build relationships, and connect with people of different backgrounds and personalities, always striving to foster these relationships based on trust and respect. * Actively takes initiative to improve and develop a skill set with new sales strategies and approaches, implementing the high standard of professionalism set by the company. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment, sharing best practices and contributing to the company's goals and success. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Weekly bonus Work Location: In person
