Associate Client Director We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Associate Client Director. This motivational team player will lead and oversee key client relationships while ensuring project success and client satisfaction is achieved in every engagement. The Associate Client Director will be responsible for creating and supporting processes, organically growing assigned books of businesses, and making sure that the work that we deliver to our clients is helping to move their business and meet their business objectives. This individual will be able to work swiftly, think proactively, communicate with excellence, and be available to successfully lead clients and internal team members. This position provides support to our Strategic Client Director, assisting in the planning and implementation of Hyperquake's short and long-range goals. In addition, this leader will be supporting and developing the strategic direction of multiple clients and brands, supporting the cross-functional organizational team through project implementation and will be responsible for organic growth for existing clients. Partnering closely with leaders on the Strategy and Design teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation, high level client output (across all disciplines) and highly functional cross- discipline teams is critical to the success of this role. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Mastery: Lead and expand client relationships, delivering strategic solutions that propel their business forward. * Project Leadership: Oversee projects from conception to completion, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and alignment with client goals. * Strategic Growth: Drive organic growth within your portfolio by crafting and implementing robust account strategies. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Strategy and Design teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring high-quality outputs and cohesive team dynamics. * Innovation Advocate: Spearhead innovation within our offerings and identify new opportunities that align with the evolving industry landscape. What we'd like you to bring to Hyperquake: * Experience: At least 6 years in branding or digital agency or a similar environment, including leadership roles. * Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional skills in client service, with a proven track record of delivering project excellence. * Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead client business strategies across various industries with minimal oversight and knowledge of brand building and go to market tools. * Relationship Building: A knack for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, thought leaders, and partners. * Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving business progress and accountability in project management. * Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred but not required * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to learn new systems/processes while working against tight timelines. * Critical thinking and analytical problem solving * Enjoy working in a fast paced collaborative environment * Ability and interest in managing multiple projects simultaneously * Understands and has experience managing projects across a range of client and project types This position is a Hybrid role, requiring office presence in Cincinnati, OH
