Sales Representative - Luxury Yacht Charter Company We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our luxury yacht charter company. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills who can effectively manage charter inquiries, pursue leads, and guide clients through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Intake and qualify charter inquiries, ensuring accurate information collection
• Proactively pursue leads and follow up to drive charter bookings
• Provide detailed and competitive charter quotes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Follow established procedures and booking steps precisely
• Facilitate charter agreements and oversee all booking details through completion
• Maintain thorough records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM and project management tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless charter execution Salary:
• Base Salary: $40,000 - $48,000
• Commission: 2.5-5% of gross commissionable sales 30 days after training ends. Training is 30 days.
• OTE (On-Target Earnings): $60,000 - $80,000

Qualifications

& Skills:

• Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in luxury travel or yacht charters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured steps precisely
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Takes direction well and absorbs new information quickly
• Ability to work weekends as required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Entry Level Sales (1-2 Years)
• Type A, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships
