Join us at the intersection of educational innovation and lucrative opportunity - where your sales expertise can truly make a difference. * What you will be doing * Architect and cultivate a robust $10M+ pipeline by strategically identifying high-potential districts, engaging key stakeholders, and methodically advancing opportunities through the sales funnel * Craft customized proposals and expertly navigate complex procurement frameworks to secure substantial six and seven-figure district contracts * Orchestrate high-impact discovery sessions that uncover district pain points and objectives, then design compelling solution packages that deliver quantifiable educational outcomes * Spearhead all elements of sophisticated sales cycles from initial prospecting through successful closure, with complete autonomy over territory strategy and performance * Strategically leverage your established educational networks and relationships to accelerate platform adoption and market penetration What you will NOT be doing * Adhering to inflexible sales methodologies or prescribed playbooks - you'll have the freedom to craft your own territory conquest strategy * "Nice-to-have" supplemental product sales - our solution delivers transformative, measurable educational impact * Navigating layers of corporate red tape - as a nimble startup, we prioritize results over bureaucracy * Reporting on minute-by-minute activities - we focus on outcomes, not micromanagement Key Responsibilities Champion the adoption of our revolutionary learning platform across public school districts, establishing multi-year strategic partnerships that fundamentally transform educational outcomes at scale. * Candidate Requirements * Minimum 3 years of proven experience orchestrating complex K-12 sales cycles and successfully closing six or seven-figure educational contracts * Established network of influential district decision-maker relationships, particularly in Texas, California, or Illinois * Demonstrated expertise navigating public education procurement processes, including RFP/RFI response management * Verifiable history maintaining a robust $10M+ sales pipeline while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue objectives * Proven track record of autonomous operation and successful management of complete sales cycles * Advanced proficiency with modern CRM platforms and sales technology ecosystems * Current residence within Texas, California, or Illinois (or within a 2-hour radius) * Willingness to conduct extensive regional travel (up to 80% of time) * Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship * This position is also known as: * Regional Sales Director * Strategic Sales Executive * Director of Education Partnerships * Education Solutions ConsultantCrossover Corporate Group
