Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management. * Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs and market demands. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
