We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer for our Access Control Integrated business unit. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts for locksmith and access control solutions, including a significant focus on multi-family housing. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets. * Conduct on-site security assessments and propose tailored solutions. * Fully engineer and specify the components needed for the solutions you sell. * Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain a strong pipeline through systemic measurement, tracking and follow-ups. * Stay informed on industry trends and emerging security technologies. Qualifications & Skills: * 5+ years of B2B sales experience in security, access control, locksmithing, or related industries. * Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of new business acquisition. * Technical aptitude in access control, keying systems, and electronic security solutions. * Experience with a recurring revenue sales model is a plus. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-selling environment. * Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems (ServiceTitan). * A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
