Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic negotiation. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct warm calling to potential clients and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize Client Management Sustem to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly. * Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within the technology sales sector. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, enabling effective presentations to clients. Qualifications * An Insurance License will be required for this position, if you have a Property & Casualty License we want to talk to you! If you do not but are willing to work to attain this, for the right candidate we will help you. * Experience in sales or account management, preferrably prior insurance experience but for the right candidate we will train. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results among peers. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. * Knowledge of market dynamics related to technology sales is a plus.
