Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Sales Leadership: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. * Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the customer base. * Build and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Team Management: * Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. * Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. * Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. * Sales Operations: * Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. * Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities. * Customer Engagement: * Develop deep knowledge of MIRA Safety's product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Represent MIRA Safety at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Experience in e-commerce, safety equipment, or a related industry is a plus. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Experience managing and selling into a channel partnership * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies. * Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Preferred: * Prior CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) specialist experience; * Prior military or law enforcement experience.
