Responsibilities: * Scout storm-affected areas, call potential clients, and schedule property inspections. * Conduct thorough roof and property inspections, documenting damages with technology tools. * Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm the scope of damage and negotiate estimates. * Formalize contracts with property owners using company-approved documents and procedures. * Utilize Xactimate or similar tools to estimate project costs and enhance profitability. * Provide timely updates and feedback to the company CRM and management team. * Participate in safety, sales, and training meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field inspections. * Ability to use ladders and technology tools effectively. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Previous sales experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
