Responsibilities

:

• Scout storm-affected areas, call potential clients, and schedule property inspections.
• Conduct thorough roof and property inspections, documenting damages with technology tools.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm the scope of damage and negotiate estimates.
• Formalize contracts with property owners using company-approved documents and procedures.
• Utilize Xactimate or similar tools to estimate project costs and enhance profitability.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to the company CRM and management team.
• Participate in safety, sales, and training meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field inspections.
• Ability to use ladders and technology tools effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
