We're looking for a local, proactive and strategic Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive consistent, high-quality sales conversations. Pay : $20/hour + commission on qualified appointments and closed sales Who We Are: 3Eleven Advertising is a performance-driven digital advertising agency based in Austin, TX. We specialize in helping businesses grow through Meta and Google ad strategies. We're a small, agile team focused on measurable results and building strong client relationships. What You 'll Do:

• Manage and optimize cold email campaigns
• Follow up with leads via email, phone and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to get qualified calls booked
• Manage and execute manual outreach efforts across LinkedIn and email
• Attend local networking events (a few times per month) to generate and nurture leads
• Collaborate with the agency owner on outreach strategy and lead-nurturing systems
• Help identify areas of improvement in our outreach processes and support optimization efforts What We 're Looking For:
• Experience with outbound outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up
• Self-starter who can bring ideas to the table and help improve existing systems
• Based in or near Austin, TX (some local networking required)
• Familiarity with Pipedrive, Instantly and ClickUp is a plus Why You 'll Love This Role:
