Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Director of Sales to oversee the strategic direction, development, and execution of sales initiatives for multiple Hilton properties in the Oklahoma City market. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in hospitality sales and a passion for revenue growth. Note: This position offers a heavily commission-based compensation structure, offering significant earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across multiple Hilton properties in the OKC area.
- Drive top-line revenue through new business development and strategic account management.
- Build, lead, and mentor sales teams at each property to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Foster relationships with key corporate, group, government, and travel industry clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and packages.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent Aston at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Create and present monthly sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Multi-property sales management experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of the Oklahoma City market is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
