Description: The Sales Administrator will support our sales team, office staff, and customers by handling clerical & administrative duties. The chosen candidate must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Answer phones and greet customers/vendors * Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports * Schedule UPS/UPS Freight pickups * Create and enter sales orders * Coordinate with dispatch on delivery locations * Trace, track, and expedite fuel orders * Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods Benefits * We offer a full benefits package including, health, dental, vision, and more * Company paid life insurance and and short-term disability * Paid time off and six paid holidays Requirements: * Must have at least 3 years' experience in administration * Must have excellent customer service skills * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Must have a strong attention to detail * Must have experience working in multiple ERP systems * Must be able to multi-task
