We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our growing team and play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and the success of our sales staff. In this role, you will be the key point of contact and administrative support, ensuring our sales team can focus on what they do best: closing deals and building relationships with our clients! Your key responsibilities will include: * Making the first impression: Greet and warmly welcome our visitors and efficiently directing them to the right staff. * Managing communication: Answering and screening phone calls professionally, taking accurate messages, and managing the sales team's email inbox, ensuring timely responses. * Optimizing the agenda: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the sales team's calendars effectively. * Maintaining order: Organizing and maintaining impeccable filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring key documents are easy to locate. * Resource Management: Monitor office supply levels and place necessary orders to ensure the team always has what they need. * Strategic Preparation: Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings. * Comprehensive Support: Provide proactive and reliable administrative assistance to the sales team in a variety of tasks. * Data Accuracy: Perform sales and customer data entry with high attention to detail into our systems. To be successful in this position, you will need: * Previous experience in administrative assistant, secretarial, or support roles (experience in a sales environment is a plus). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. * Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, or other relevant tools). * A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn. * Ability to work independently and in a team.
