Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and building trust.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' automotive requirements and preferences.
• Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, highlighting value propositions.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and vehicle delivery.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, including sales managers, finance professionals, and service technicians.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive technology, features, and specifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications a plus.
