Full description of the position
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Duties - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and objectives - Identify new business opportunities and upsell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions - Conduct warm calling and engage in technical sales discussions - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Requirements - Proven work experience in sales, business development, or account management - Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and build rapport with clients - Familiarity with technical sales processes and strategies - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus - Excellent analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology sales and a track record of exceeding targets, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Account Manager.
