The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive/Business Development Manager within the industrial staffing industry. This role offers an attractive compensation package with a base salary between $60,000- $75,000 per year plus uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Industrial Staffing industry through strategic prospecting and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers. * Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs. * Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. * Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a business development or account executive role within the industrial staffing industry. * Strong understanding of staffing services, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work remote and independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
