About the Role

Engage Select Health & Recovery is hiring a confident, mission-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our recovery program into hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and public health settings across California. This is a high-earning, commission-only opportunity with a paid presentation day to launch your training and exposure.

What You'll Do

• Deliver professional info sessions to healthcare decision-makers
• Guide potential clients through our program value and outcomes
• Use our CRM system to manage leads and follow-ups
• Coordinate next steps with our internal team (NDAs, proposals, contracts)
• Represent Engage Select with confidence and care What We Offer
• $250 paid in-person launch day (April 29 in Murrieta)
• Full sales pitch training and program orientation
• CRM access, branded slide decks, and proposal materials
• Commission rates that scale with each contract closed Earning Potential
• $5,000-$15,000+ per facility closed
• $25,000-$50,000+ for multi-site or group recovery contracts
• No cap on commissions
• Get paid within 30 days of client payment clearing

Who You Are

• Based in California and available April 29 for live info session
• Strong speaker and confident closer
• Ideally has experience in healthcare, rehab, or B2B sales
