The Sales Role As a full-time Sales Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training on our diverse product range, equipping you to deliver compelling sales negotiations and build lasting customer relationships. Our hands-on training will enhance your communication skills, negotiation techniques, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and interactive sales presentations, showcasing our diverse range of high-quality furniture. * Participate in ongoing training and coaching to refine your sales skills and product knowledge. * Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations. * Contribute to team success through collaboration and mentorship. Qualifications: * Exceptional communication skills and confidence in public speaking. * Self-motivated and career-driven with a passion for continuous learning. * Outgoing personality with a knack for connecting with people. * A background or interest in sales is a plus; a BA/BS is preferred but not required.
