Sales Generation: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prospecting and networking to expand your client base. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the appropriate insurance coverage for each client. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends and product changes to provide accurate and informed recommendations. Policy Administration: Facilitate the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and claims departments, to ensure seamless client service. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in the insurance industry. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators set by the agency. Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales at top brand insurance agencies. Allstate Insurance Agency LSP, a plus!. Licensing: Active insurance license in the state of California. Product Knowledge: Property And Casualty AND Commercial Insurance knowledge a must. Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations. Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with various software applications and insurance platforms. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within a team environment.
