Waterfront Marine in Edgewater is looking for an experienced and motivated Marine Salesperson to join our team. We are a high-volume, full service boat dealership selling new and used boats with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting new and used boats
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
• Guide customers through the purchase process from inquiry to delivery
• Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and boating trends
• Follow up on leads and support walk-in traffic
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

:

• Prior experience in boat/marine sales or similar high-ticket retail sales preferred
• Knowledge of boats and boating industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented Schedule: Full-time, including weekends (seasonal flexibility required)

Compensation

: Base salary plus commission
