Builder Account Manager - 20/20 Experience Required Byron Center, MI | Full-Time | $22 -$25/hr + Spiffs Join KSI Kitchen & Bath - Where Passion Meets Purpose! Are you an experienced builder sales or design professional ready to take ownership of customer relationships and deliver outstanding results? KSI Kitchen & Bath, a growing, family-owned company with over 50 years of industry leadership, is seeking a Builder Account Manager to drive success with key builder clients. This is your opportunity to work in a people-first environment where your design skills and customer service passion will shine. 20/20 software experience is REQUIRED for this role. What You 'll Do:

• Manage daily needs and full project life cycles for assigned builder accounts.
• Oversee design, order entry, service, and resolution--ensuring a seamless experience.
• Use your expertise in 20/20 design software to create detailed, accurate plans and layouts.
• Deliver proactive communication and follow-up to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with the sales, service, and operations teams to deliver excellence.
• Attend builder meetings and represent KSI at industry events. What We 're Looking For:
• 2+ years in builder sales , cabinetry, or flooring.
• Proficiency in 20/20 design software (required--please highlight in your application).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
