We're seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Firearm Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with firearm purchases, provide product knowledge, ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a passion for firearms, and experience in retail or firearm sales. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner * Provide expert advice on firearms, accessories, and related products * Ensure compliance with all ATF regulations and store policies * Process background checks and sales transactions accurately * Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: * Firearm knowledge or experience REQUIRED * Must pass a background check * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Application Question(s): * Do you have prior knowledge or experience with firearms?
