IsMyLova Fashion and Art Boutique is a premium luxury multi-brand boutique located at 400 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida, catering to fashion-forward women. We curate collections from various luxury and contemporary designers, offering distinctive fashion and lifestyle items that resonate with our discerning customers. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sales & E-Commerce Associate to support all aspects of our boutique operations, reporting directly to the Boutique Director. This hands-on role requires someone who can personally drive sales while also managing our digital presence and operational needs in our Miami Beach location Position Details : Start Date: May 1, 2025 5-day work week may include Saturdays and Sundays / Days off will rotate during the week Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized shopping experiences - Manage daily operations of our physical boutique and Shopify-based website - Process transactions and handle visual merchandising - Update and optimize our Shopify store, including product listings and content - Ensure pricing and promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company's standards - Create and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms - Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the Boutique Director - Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all designer collections we carry - Cultivate relationships with customers, assist with client retention initiatives, perform regular outreach using clienteling tools provided by the company - Ensure the boutique maintains a polished appearance that showcases our designer collections - Monitor local competitors -Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety standards Inventory Management: - Monitor stock levels and identify reorder needs across all brands - Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations - Process new merchandise arrivals, including tagging and floor placement - Maintain accurate inventory records in our POS and Shopify systems - Coordinate with the Boutique Director on seasonal buying decisions - Track product performance to identify best-sellers and slow-moving items - Ensure online inventory accurately reflects in-store availability - Assist with end-of-season markdown strategies Requirements - Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a multi-brand or luxury environment -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion or related field - Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms - Basic knowledge of Excel for inventory and sales tracking - Experience with multi-brand inventory control and merchandise management - Proven experience with social media management, particularly Instagram and TikTok - Genuine passion for fashion with refined taste and style sensibility - Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage effectively with clientele - Ability to create engaging social media content and maintain consistent brand presence online - Self-motivated with ability to work independently - Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak seasons and events - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities - Fashion-forward with knowledge of designer brands and current trends - Professional references from previous employers required Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a Miami luxury retail environment - Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies - Photography and video editing skills for content creation is asset - Understanding of visual merchandising principles - Background in fashion or design Benefits: - Competitive salary plus sales incentives - Health insurance - Employee discount program - Professional development and growth opportunities - Opportunity to work with luxury designer brands If you have a passion for luxury fashion, enjoy connecting with clients, and possess both the sales expertise and social media skills to help our Miami Beach multi-brand boutique thrive, we'd love to meet you!
