Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Meet or exceed sales goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets Spanish is a plus+ Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed - Positive attitude and willingness to learn Note: Retail math skills are essential for this role, as the salesperson will be responsible for calculating discounts, handling cash transactions, and providing accurate pricing information to customers.
