Our respected estate planning law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, is looking for a Concierge New Client Intake Specialist (Salesperson) to create exceptional experiences for prospective clients and cultivate a long-term clientele for our firm. Along with a competitive base salary, we offer the opportunity to earn monthly performance-based bonuses.

Compensation

: $50,000+ plus bonuses DOE

• Deliver a concierge-level experience to all potential clients, making them feel valued and supported.
• Manage all potential new client interactions with poise, professionalism, and empathy.
• Evaluate potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm using a consultative sales approach.
• Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and assess potential clients' needs, goals, and concerns.
• Guide qualified leads into becoming new clients, fostering trust and confidence in an ongoing relationship with the firm.
• Managing sales data and monthly reporting to the business owner.
• Meeting and exceeding all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

: Skills Needed:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a sales position, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Results-orientation with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel platforms, a plus.
• Experience in a law firm setting, especially in estate planning, is a strong plus. About Company
