INSIDE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - FULL TIME (HAWTHORNE, CA) Role: * Consult with current and prospective clients * Answer questions and provide guidance to help clients achieve their goals * Book appointments and manage car drop-offs and pickups * Process and manage orders with internal teams and systems * Proactively update customers with information for their orders Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and desire to provide excellent customer service * Strong automotive background (career or personal) * Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and internet * Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed * Valid CA Driver's license with a clean record Compensation: * Hourly pay plus commission * Opportunities for overtime and bonuses * Paid holidays, sick days, and personal time off * 100% Employer-provided Medical insurance * Generous 401K match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
