Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. * Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing sales documentation. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
