We're looking for a professional Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team. Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus significant Sales Commissions RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage projects through all phases of the process (estimating, follow-up, design, production, quality control, and installation/delivery); * Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist clients who visit our center in person; * Write estimates, suggest solutions, and make sales for your clients; * Process all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval; * Source new opportunities within the community and make introductions to potential customers through a variety of means; * Generate new business, maintain, and update lists of prospective customers and referrals; * Work closely with the production team to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders; * Perform additional duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of work experience in project management, sales or similar position; * Experience in the signage industry ; * Experience in CRM; * Possess a good understanding of sales; * Have excellent communication and customer service skills; * Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite; * Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines; * Be organized to ensure that your customers' needs are being met in a timely manner; * Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
