We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative with Residential Roofing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in roofing, storm restoration, or home improvement. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, educating homeowners on roofing solutions, and closing sales. If you have a proven track record in door-to-door sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment, we want to hear from you! What you will do: Prospect and generate leads by going door-to-door in assigned territories. * Conduct thorough roof inspections and educate homeowners on necessary repairs or replacements. * Present roofing solutions and explain the benefits of our products and services. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Assist homeowners with insurance claims and provide guidance through the process. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. * Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and pricing to effectively educate potential clients. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless project execution. Requirements: Proven experience in door-to-door roofing sales (or similar industry). * Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of success. * Ability to generate leads and build rapport quickly with homeowners. * Familiarity with insurance claims related to roofing and storm damage. * Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and walking long distances. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Strong skills in business development, recruiting, and training in the roofing space. * Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. * The role will require some degree of travel.
