Commission-Based Pay We're seeking an ambitious, professional real estate sales agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Compensation: $109,500 at plan commission Responsibilities: * Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience * Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline * Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget * Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market * Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience * Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success * Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends * Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills About Company At Texas Legacy Realty, we're dedicated to helping agents grow their real estate businesses with top technology, quality leads, and year-round support.
