Now Hiring: Commercial Roofing Sales Account Manager - Fort Myers/Sarasota, FL Local market, big opportunity We're growing and looking for a driven, people-first Sales Account Manager to join our commercial roofing team. If you thrive on building relationships, love chasing down new leads, and know how to close deals, let's talk. What You 'll Do: * Prospect new business through cold calls, networking events, trade shows, and social media * Build and grow lasting relationships with property managers, building owners, HOAs, and facility managers * Present solutions to clients that solve problems--our roofs are built to last * Coordinate with estimating to make sure bids are accurate and timely * Hit or exceed your monthly and annual sales goals * Maintain CRM records and sales reporting (yep, we track the wins) * Represent us at industry events (some after-hours networking may apply) What You Bring: * Strong communication and presentation skills * Roofing sales experience preferred (but if you've sold B2B in construction, we're listening) * CRM experience a plus * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus Why Join Us?
