Key Responsibilities: * Generate your own leads through Door Knocking, Cold Calling, and Referrals * Build strong relationships with homeowners to close Roofing sales * Educate customers on our roofing services and recommend solutions based on their needs * Manage the sales process from start to finish, including follow-up Qualifications: * 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in roofing or construction * Strong communication and people skills * Must have your own truck or van (a company vehicle will be provided after achieving a set sales target) * Experience with Door-to-Door and Cold Calling is a must * Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals What We Offer: * Gas card provided * Access to in-house leads each month * Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential * Opportunity to use a company vehicle after hitting total sales targets Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Profit sharing * Quarterly bonus * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * No nights * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
