Who succeeds in this role: * Service-Oriented and Focused on Exceeding Guest Expectations * Organized and Detail Oriented * Self-Motivated and able to Multi-Task and meet Deadlines * Work Collaboratively with the Hotel and Sales Team * Able to effectively manage a Fast-Paced Hotel Environment What you'll be doing: * Input and manage contracted groups, events & rooming lists * Oversee billing for Group, Corporate and Catering * Keep reservations and event systems up to date with accurate and timely information * Act as on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals, as needed * Compile and distribute weekly BEO packet to all internal departments * Manage incoming calls and emails for group updates, changes and requests * Finalize group pick up numbers and complete post event reports as needed Minimum Requirements: * 2-5 Years of Hotel Experience * Computer proficiency and experience with: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel - experience with Delphi and/or R&I a plus * Must be able to lift 15 lbs. * Will work some evenings and weekends, as needed What sets us apart: We pride ourselves on hiring and promoting the BEST OF THE BEST in the hotel industry.
