Job Overview: The Ark Network Group is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and building relationships with businesses and individuals. You will represent The Ark Network Group at social functions, events, and gatherings, fostering connections and promoting our services. This role is commission-based, offering 7-15% on the clients you bring into the company, with opportunities to grow alongside a passionate and driven team. Responsibilities: * Identify and engage potential clients through networking, events, and outreach. * Promote and sell The Ark Network Group's services, which include social media management, content management, website development, business strategy, and event management. * Attend social functions, gatherings, and networking events to increase visibility and build relationships. * Follow up with leads and clients to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service. * Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growing sales and improving client engagement. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Stay informed about The Ark Network Group's services and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients. Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to network and build relationships. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with social media, content creation, and business development is a plus. * Comfortable attending events and interacting with diverse groups of professionals. * Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the company.
