Our two distinct brands-- (a B2B wholesale manufacturer of luxury throw pillows, furniture, fabric, throws) and (a DTC luxury home textiles e-commerce business)--are redefining comfort and style in home decor. Passionate about innovative design and quality craftsmanship, we are expanding our team in a brand-new creative office in Los Angeles to help build the next phase of our business and further realize our vision for the brands. The Opportunity: Join us as a Product Development Associate at our new creative office in Los Angeles. In this foundational role, you will work closely with the corporation's principals to manage and execute our product development initiatives. Your expertise and leadership qualities will be key in expanding our product offerings, exploring new line extensions, and refining our luxury home textile collections. You will help shape the future of our product development function, and will be laying the groundwork for the team to grow. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Product Development: Manage and execute all aspects of product development, from initial concept to final product launch, under the guidance of company principals. * Assortment Curation: Refine and expand our product assortment in home textiles, ensuring our products remain relevant and on trend. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including, production and marketing to ensure seamless execution of product launches, showroom displays, and production samples. * Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and development ensuring our finger is on the pulse of the market. * Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with mills by coordinating sample requests and scheduling meetings to view new introductions. * Product Specifications Management: Organize and manage all product specifications for new introductions to support accurate pricing and seamless product launches. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: A background in lproduct development within the home textiles, luxury goods, or related industries is highly desirable. * Leadership: Proven ability to take charge of projects, work independently, and drive initiatives with strategic oversight. * Creativity & Innovation: A keen eye for design and an understanding of what makes a product trend-setting in the luxury market. * Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. * Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for home decor and luxury lifestyle products.
