Stay Awhile Villas is looking for an experienced Junior Sales Associate with excellent people skills, strong time management, and a keen attention to detail to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, managing guest communications, coordinating concierge services, and more. About The Company: With Offices in Beverly Hills and Malibu, Stay Awhile Villas, has a 75+ portfolio of luxury vacation rental homes in Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Malibu and newly in Fort Lauderdale areas. We have hosted thousands of guests with nearly 4,000 5-Star Airbnb and VRBO reviews and maintain Airbnb's highest host status SuperHost for over 20 quarters in a row. As the Jr. Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include: Managing and responding to all incoming leads from various booking platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Vetting potential guests to assess suitability and addressing any pre- booking questions or requirements. Serving as the primary point of contact for guests: Assisting prospective guests with booking inquiries and providing relevant property information. Supporting current guests during their stay by promptly addressing any questions, requests, or concerns. Providing concierge services, including but not limited to: Arranging car rentals, private chef's, transportation, and other special requests as needed. Collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out. Qualifications and Experience: Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within short-term rental inquiries. Airbnb experience is a plus. Ability to create strategies for performance improvement, optimize processes, and implement best practices to meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver difficult messages clearly and empathetically. Fluent in written and spoken English, with active listening skills to respond quickly and thoughtfully under pressure. Problem Solving and Customer Focus: Confident in solving complex problems while maintaining customer satisfaction. Ability to perform well under pressure, maintain a sense of urgency, and deliver consistent results. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of cases during peak periods. Ability to work independently and autonomously, with the initiative to identify needs before they are assigned. Proactive and Resourceful: A forward thinker who can anticipate and address potential issues before they arise. Willingness to be hands-on and assist wherever needed across properties. Adaptability and Mobility: Comfortable working across multiple locations and properties as needed. Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for transportation. Schedule: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday's Required.
